1. What are dried flowers?

Dried flowers are natural flowers that have been harvested and preserved to maintain their beauty and color without requiring water. They are perfect for decorations, gifts, and crafts, offering a lasting alternative to fresh flowers.

2. How should I care for my dried flowers?

To keep your dried flowers looking fresh and beautiful:

  • Avoid direct sunlight: Prolonged exposure can fade their colors.
  • Keep in a dry environment: Humidity can create mold.
  • Dust occasionally: Use a hairdryer on a cool, low setting to dust your blooms.

3. How long do dried flowers last?

With proper care, dried flowers can last for several months to years. Their longevity depends on the type of flower and environmental conditions.

4. What delivery options are there? Do you hand deliver, or offer free in person collection?

We do not currently hand deliver, all deliveries are shipped via An Post. Delivery is tracked, and arrives within 2-3 days.

Generally, items arrive next day, from shipping. Busy periods, such as Christmas can cause short delays.

We don't have a physical shop, so in person collection is not offered currently. We will occasionally reach out to customers with addresses within our local area to offer this option, however.

5. I'm sending a gift, can I select a delivery date?

All product pages have a gift checkbox below the product description. Here you can leave a gift message and select your preferred day of delivery. Please note, since we ship via a third party, we cannot guarantee delivery on an exact date. If you'd like it delivered a day or two prior to the special day, we are happy to pop a message on the outside of the box to open on a birthday, etc. Simply drop us a note!

6. Do you offer gift wrapping or gift cards? Can I leave a gift note with my order?

All orders come carefully wrapped, whether it's for yourself or a loved one. We have a beautiful selection of greeting cards for all occasions, which we are happy to fill out for you. Each product page has a gift checkbox, where you can leave a gift message and select your preferred delivery date.

7. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment via An Post.

8. Can I customise my order?

Yes! We offer custom arrangements for special events like small, micro weddings and elopements, corporate events, or gift baskets. Please contact us with your requirements, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

9. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping costs will vary based on location. Please contact us for shipping rates before ordering to an international location. Any possible import fees or taxes, will be borne by the recipient.

10. What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days, and we’ll resolve the issue.

11. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods for your convenience.
